Sometimes a good feeling is just one song and one dance away.

This evening doesn't begin with music - it begins with voice. Our own voices. Kadri guides us through a gentle vocal opening, where we hum, breathe and create this space together in warmth. Then Layqa brings the body into movement, preparing us for a great journey into ourselves and together with the whole community of dancers.

And then the dance itself begins - Layqa b2b Donna Rinaldo, two hearts on one dancefloor, carrying us through sounds and rhythms that lift us higher and higher. Gently. Naturally. Until at some point the body simply starts to move on its own, and something wondrous inside stirs awake.

Everyone moves in their own way. Some quietly. Some with full abandon. Some sing along. Some just stand still at first and listen.

At HeartBeat, you don't need to know how to dance or how to sing.

There are no steps, no notes, no choreography.

There is no right or wrong way to be.

There is simply a space where you can be exactly who you are on that day. Voice and music lead the way.

We dance substance-free, without talking on the dance floor, and phones get to rest. This is how something emerges that's hard to put into words - but easy to feel.

After the dance, we stay together for a little while longer. We share tea, have a small snack, and chat. It's often in these moments that strangers become familiar faces.

21:45 - 22:00 Closing circle and integrating the shared experience

22:00 - 22:30 Delicious snacks, fresh fruit, and hummus from our team
