Sound BathAn energetic shower through sound and the vibrations of sacred instruments.

90 minutes to step out of your usual rhythm, slow down and turn your attention inward.

Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls create a rich, layered soundscape that gradually shifts your state: the body releases tension, the mind becomes quieter, and your attention returns to yourself.

This is more than a way to relax.

It is a space for self-exploration — through sound, vibration, sensation and inner imagery.

You can simply come to rest. Or you can bring a question with you and see what emerges when everything around you becomes quiet enough to hear your own answer.

Pause. Listen within. Reset.

No previous experience is required. Just 90 minutes that you choose for yourself.
