Marinated shiitake mushrooms

Soy-marinated Äntu Farm eggs with chilli oil and sesame seeds

Whipped ricotta with honey, fermented chilli and coconut flatbread

Salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce, marinated chilli and sunflower sprouts

Beef tartare with marinated egg cream, sesame seeds and nori

Steamed sea bass fillet with wok-fried green vegetables and laksa sauce

Rice

Miso brownie with candied walnuts and Uma’s plombir ice cream

On October 31st, Tallinn’s biggest Halloween costume party returns in a brand-new location – Noblessner – taking over three halls (Uma / Lore / Lessner) and becoming bigger than ever before.

On the scariest night of the year, the doors to the other side will open... where 3 decorated party halls, more than 10 performers, and terrifying surprises await you! 💀🪦😈
