Celebrate the 250th anniversary of E.T.A. Hoffmann at a unique salon evening in the historic Poska House. Guests are free to wander between beautifully appointed rooms where music, literature, conversation, refreshments, and unexpected encounters unfold throughout the evening.

Live performances by sopranos Elina Nechayeva and Ksenia Rossar, pianist Kristi Kapten, violinist Kristel Kiik, and cellist Andres Metspalu bring Hoffmann's world to life. The programme features rarely performed works by Hoffmann alongside music by Léo Delibes, Jacques Offenbach, and Robert Schumann, including excerpts from Kreisleriana.

Browse Hoffmann's stories, join informal discussions or card games, share a poem or a piece of music, or simply settle into an armchair with a book and a drink while soaking up the salon atmosphere. Whether you come alone or with friends, the evening offers plenty of opportunities to discover Hoffmann's imaginative universe—and to meet fellow guests.

Talks and discussions will take place in both Estonian and English, depending on the participants and the occasion.
