Gravity Techniques are effective massage techniques developed by Veet Mano to help relieve tension and discomfort in the lower back, middle back and neck area.

These are deep and powerful massage techniques that make use of gravity when applying the techniques. Gravity works with the body rather than against it, helping to support the natural movement and effectiveness of the massage.

Veet Mano has been teaching and applying these techniques for more than 20 years, helping people with a wide range of back and neck-related problems.

The techniques can also be beneficial for people dealing with more complex back conditions, including scoliosis or recovery following back surgery. We have also held Gravity Techniques massage workshops in a swimming pool, as working in water allows certain areas of the back to be approached in a different and often more accessible way.

Many people have experienced relief from long-term back and neck discomfort through these techniques. Reducing tension in the neck area may also help people who experience migraines, as neck tension can be one of the possible contributing factors.

This course is a great opportunity for those who:

are looking for ways to address their own back and neck problems; want to learn new massage techniques; wish to expand their professional skills; would like to learn practical techniques to support their family, friends or loved ones.

No previous experience is required. The techniques are practical and easy to learn, and participants can practise them on a partner during the course.

It is especially enjoyable to attend the course with a partner – bring a friend, spouse, partner or someone you know, and learn together how to apply these techniques to each other.
