Это небольшая групповая соматическая сессия примерно для 10 человек, которые хотят практиковать вместе. В программе есть круг знакомства, базовые практики для настройки, затем направляемая коллективная соматическая практика и обсуждение для интеграции. Если погода позволит, часть занятия пройдёт на улице. Ведёт Joelle Marcelle Antson, обычно на английском языке, если все не говорят по-эстонски.

about this gatheringthis is an unique group session for around 10 people who want to practice somatics collectively (if weather permits, outdoors). a smaller group offers a budget-friendly alternative to 1:1 sessions, allowing you to practice with others while maintaining an intimate space to go deep. the session is longer than a 1:1 session (1-1.5 hours max).

i have prepared practices for mutual connection, setting boundaries, and collective power. i will choose between them based on your stated needs. come, connect with the Earth, each other, and through that: yourself. let us remember that we are nature, and we can always draw resilience from it.

what to expectintroduction circle to share your needs and intentions

foundational opening practices to settle in and feel

guided collective somatic practice(s) and a debrief for integration

a chance to practice outdoors, move among nature, and enjoy the summer

facilitationguided by Joelle Marcelle Antson, a somatic coach and bodyworker who supports LGBTQ+, neurodivergent people, and women in being their full selves. Joelle works through a lens of politicized somatics.

the event is facilitated in English, unless everyone speaks Estonian.

participationregular ticket: 20 eur, supporter ticket: 30 eur.

times: 18:30-20:30 on September 23th, October 29th, November 26th

location: Hiiu (exact spot to be send before the event).

what to bring: please bring whatever you need for an outdoor session (weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, bug spray, a blanket, etc).

weather note: as outdoor conditions vary, in case of heavy rain we will either postpone the event or move indoors to my Hiiu studio.
