This is a small group somatic session for around 10 people who want to practice together. The session includes an introduction circle, grounding opening practices, guided collective somatic work, and a debrief for integration. If the weather allows, part of the session takes place outdoors. It is facilitated by Joelle Marcelle Antson and is held in English unless everyone speaks Estonian.

about this gatheringthis is an unique group session for around 10 people who want to practice somatics collectively (if weather permits, outdoors). a smaller group offers a budget-friendly alternative to 1:1 sessions, allowing you to practice with others while maintaining an intimate space to go deep. the session is longer than a 1:1 session (1-1.5 hours max).

i have prepared practices for mutual connection, setting boundaries, and collective power. i will choose between them based on your stated needs. come, connect with the Earth, each other, and through that: yourself. let us remember that we are nature, and we can always draw resilience from it.

facilitationguided by Joelle Marcelle Antson, a somatic coach and bodyworker who supports LGBTQ+, neurodivergent people, and women in being their full selves. Joelle works through a lens of politicized somatics.

the event is facilitated in English, unless everyone speaks Estonian.

participationregular ticket: 20 eur, supporter ticket: 30 eur.

times: 18:30-20:30 on September 23th, October 29th, November 26th

location: Hiiu (exact spot to be send before the event).

what to bring: please bring whatever you need for an outdoor session (weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, bug spray, a blanket, etc).

weather note: as outdoor conditions vary, in case of heavy rain we will either postpone the event or move indoors to my Hiiu studio.
