Meet Yal, your guide for this Introduction to the Wheel of Consent — an Events Facilitator, Educator, and Wheel of Consent practitioner who has spent the last decade helping people build clearer, more confident relationships with consent, touch, and connection.

Yal trained directly under Betty Martin, creator of the Wheel of Consent, and has since guided hundreds of people through this work — breaking it down in a way that's practical, approachable, and genuinely useful, whether you're completely new to it or looking to deepen your practice.

This one-day introduction reflects how Yal teaches best: with clarity, patience, and enough warmth that even unfamiliar territory feels safe to explore.
