Esimese eestlasena USA rahvusvahelise bluusikuulsuste koja liikmeks arvatud Andres Roots on pälvinud rohkelt tunnustust: "kõlab nagu trio" (Blues-Finland.com), näitab "voolava akustilise bluusi ja juurtemuusika meistriklassi" (RnR Magazine) ning "annab bluusile radikaalse uue näo" (Songlines).

Tänavu 30. lavajuubelit tähistav Tartu slaidkitarrist on aastate jooksul esinenud igal pool, alates Morgan Freemani bluusiklubist Mississippi Clarksdale'is ja lõpetades Bundestagiga Berliinis - rääkimata Tallinna jazziklubist Philly Joe's.

Omaaegse Bullfrog Browni kitarristi muusika on kõlanud raadioeetris viiel mandril, olnud edetabelite tipus ning pälvinud võrdlusi nii Mississippi deltabluusi kuldaja, Leo Kottke kui Davy Grahamiga. Juubelikavas tuleb lisaks Rootsi omaloomingule esitusele ka näpuotsaga jazzi-, bluusi- ja rokiklassikat.

The first Estonian to be inducted in the International Blues of Hall of Fame, Andres Roots "sounds like a trio" (Blues-Finland.com) whilst offering "a masterclass in fluid acoustic blues and roots music" (RnR Magazine) and "a hardcore reshaping of the blues" (Songlines).

Marking his 30th year on stage, the Tartu-born slide guitarist has performed everywhere from Morgan Freeman's blues club in Clarksdale, Mississippi to the Bundestag in Berlin – not to mention Philly Joe's jazz club in Tallinn.

The former Bullfrog Brown guitarist's music has enjoyed airplay on five continents, topped charts and earned comparisons with the heyday of Mississippi Delta Blues, Leo Kottke, and Davy Graham. In celebration of his 30th year on stage, Roots' anniversary set features a handful of jazz, blues and rock classics in addition to his original compositions.

BEBOP (15 €): Limited amount of discounted tickets for the quickest jazz enthusiasts.

SWING (20 €): Regular-priced tickets for those who flow by the everyday rhythm.

COOL JAZZ (25 €): Last-minute tickets for those who savor a relaxed tempo.

Concession tickets (15 €) are available for students, teachers, and senior citisens upon presentation of a valid discount document.

Full-price tickets are sold at the door for 30 € and concession tickets for 20 €.
