On 14 October, two head chefs come together in the Paju Villa kitchen - Heldur Hillak and Silver Saa.

Heldur, who has led the Paju Villa kitchen until now, is moving on to become head chef at NOA. Taking over from him is Silver Saa, who brings fresh ideas and a new perspective to Paju Villa.

Before one moves on and the other truly begins, they will come together for one special dinner.

The evening will bring together what has already been loved at Paju Villa and offer a first glimpse of where the kitchen is heading next. It is a warm passing of the baton from one chef to another - gratitude for what has been, trust in what comes next, and the joy of a new beginning.

The chefs are still putting the final touches on the menu, and we will share it with you soon.
