The format is meant for both seasoned vermouth drinkers and people who want to get to know vermouth better. More than 25 vermouths are available, including red, white and rosé styles and bottles to take home.

Vermouth is a wine that has been infused with herbs, spices and botanicals, then lightly fortified, giving it loads of flavours without the high alcohol. It's bright, aromatic and deliciously bitter-sweet. Perfect on ice or in cocktails.

In Spain, vermouth is more popular than gin.
